- Please keep in mind that this convention is a family-friendly, all-ages event. As such, Cosplay Guest(s) are expected to follow all Cosplay Rules and Prop/Weapon Rules when attending the convention
- Cosplay Guest applicants must be proficient in at least one aspect of costume/cosplay creation. This includes, but not limited to: Sewing, 3D Printing, Foam Armour Creation, Wig Styling, etc.
- Cosplay Guest applicants must be able to provide a proposal for engaging cosplay-based programming for the event. Examples include: Panels, workshops, etc. Programming should be PG; no 18+ programming will be accepted
- Cosplay Guest(s) must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of (Insert Event Name Here).
- Cosplay Guest(s) must attend the convention in a costume that has been constructed at least 70% themselves.
- Cosplay Guest(s) will be provided a booth for fan interaction and sale of goods in the cosplay area. Sale of items not created by the applicant and sale or advertisement of any adult merchandise or any adult content at the booth are prohibited.

- Please keep in mind that this convention is a family-friendly all-ages event. As a result, performances and songs must be PG and there is no profanity allowed.
- Performers are expected to arrive early for a MANDATORY stage safety orientation the day of the event. Any performers who do not attend this orientation will not be allowed to perform onstage
- Only performers will be allowed in the performance prep room, approximately 15 minutes before their performance time. No friends/family/entourage will be allowed backstage or in the prep room and will be removed from the area if violating this guideline.
- Performers must be sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of (Insert Event Name Here) to sell. Minor performers may be permitted with a guardian in attendance and a written consent form said guardian
- Performance applicants must include a performance sample video in their application, along with a tentative set list. Performers may be asked to voluntarily change or remove certain songs in their setlist to avoid repetition among performances
- All performances will be either be recorded by video or photography. By accepting participating in (Insert Name Here) Idol Showcase as a performer, Performer(s) will consent to any images or video taken by CSC to be used for any potential promotional material, content creation, etc.
