Panel/Workshop Applications

Do you think you have the expertise to be a panelist or a workshop facilitator? Please fill out or Panel/Workshop Application with your proposed itinerary. Please keep in mind the following rules/guidelines before applying to be a panelist and/or a workshop facilitator:

Please keep in mind that CSC CSC Worlds Collide is a family-friendly, all-ages event. Inappropriate behaviour, discrimination, profanity, and adult content will not be permitted for panels and workshops.

  • Self-solicitation is prohibited outside of the activity room. However, promotional material (such as business cards) is allowed in the activity room during the assigned panel/workshop timeslot
  • In order to be a panelist or workshop facilitator, one must already be pre-registered for the convention
  • The maximum number of panelists/workshop facilitators per panel/workshop is 4
