Become a Vendor or Artist

Artists are encouraged to temporarily park by designated loading entrances during set-up to unload merchandise. Artists will then be asked to move their car to public parking spots within the venue parking lot. Parking is free.
Artists
- Stolen, traced, or art otherwise not created by the Artist (except when permission from other Creators was given in writing).
- Art and displays containing logos, names, and emblems of licensed properties.
- Any weapons, except for cosplay prop items which must be immediately peace-bound by the purchaser.
- Any 3-D printed designs that are not of your own design, or printed without designer’s permission (except when permission from the designer was given in writing). If you use places like Thingaverse or Myminifactory, you must include links to the designs, and they must show that commercial use is permitted.
- Noisy, dangerous, and harmful substances, supplies, and/or equipment.
- Reproductions of existing licensed merchandise in any form. This includes tracing, copying, scanning, downloading, or editing of copyrighted artwork, characters, or logos if they were not created by the Artist.
- Any art or creations created through the use of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) programs.
- Selling, reselling, or distribution of commercial products, including the unauthorised re-releasing of merchandise of any kind (“bootlegs”).
- Food or beverages.
- Adult materials.
Vendors
Vendors are NOT allowed to sell:
- Any weapons, except for cosplay prop items which must be immediately peace-bound by the purchaser.
- Noisy, dangerous, and harmful substances, supplies, and/or equipment.
- Reproductions of existing licensed merchandise in any form.
- Selling, reselling, or distribution of unauthorised re-releasing of merchandise of any kind (“bootlegs”).
- Food or beverages.
- Adult material.
Vendors are allowed to sell:
- Vendors are ONLY allowed to sell and/or display any merchandise where the merchandise has been approved by the licence holder for the property depicted and does not infringe on copyright or trademark laws Agreeing to follow these guidelines, by attending as a vendor, and any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
Artists and Vendors
- Nothing may be affixed to any equipment or wall of the International Centre
- Tables and chairs may not be used as step ladders or scaffolding. Any damages caused to any items provided to the Artist/Vendor for use by CSC, it’s subcontractors and the facility are the responsibility of the Vendor/Artist.
- Injuries caused by improper use of items under the care, including items provided by CSC, it’s subcontractors and/or the facility, by the Vendor/Artist are the responsibility of the Vendor/Artist
- The International Centre, CSC, it’s sub contractors and related parties are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen goods, merchandise, or any other item(s)
- All setups and displays must not interfere with neighbouring tables. All setups and displays must not block/intrude into aisles. All setups and displays must be stable and not pose a hazard.
- All sales transactions must be completed in the purchased space. Any attendee or Exhibitor about is observed to be soliciting businesses in panel rooms, the ball room, public spaces, aisles of the exhibit hall, or in another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.
- Noisy, dangerous, and harmful substances, supplies and/or equipment are prohibited.
- The sale of adult materials is prohibited.
- The sale of food and drink is prohibited.
- Being a seller of prohibited items (pseudo-merchandise, bootlegs, adult materials, food, etc.)
- Illegal and/or Inappropriate behaviour that does not comply with the theme or spirit of the event
- Non-payment
